 After more than 40 years of rapid and efficient development, the workload of offshore oil and gas engineering construction by CNOOC has been increasing year by year.  Facing new situations, tasks, and requirements, CNOOC has systematically promoted the standardization of offshore oil and gas field engineering construction with the guidance of the “Five Ones” value creation framework—comprising a single work objective, a core philosophy, a technical mechanism, an implementation strategy, and capacity building.
